Westmoreland Man Arrested for Order of Protection Violation

WESTMORELAND — A Westmoreland man is facing charges after deputies say he violated an active order of protection during a domestic incident.
According to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to a home on State Route 233 around noon on Thursday, August 14, following a report of the violation. Upon arrival, investigators determined the order of protection had indeed been breached.
Following their investigation, deputies arrested 31-year-old Jason Pritchard of Westmoreland, charging him with Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree.
Pritchard was processed and taken to the Oneida County Jail to await arraignment.
