CLAYVILLE, NY — A routine traffic stop turned into a drug bust on Sunday afternoon after a U-Haul truck was pulled over in the Village of Clayville.
The incident occurred around 1:50 p.m. on July 20, 2025. A Patrol Deputy assigned to the Waterville Field Office stopped the U-Haul on Dewing Avenue, only to discover that the driver, 27-year-old Dylan Keenan of Bridgewater, was operating with a suspended license.
It didn’t stop there.
Deputies soon learned that Keenan is also under the supervision of New York State Parole. A deeper search of the vehicle revealed a quantity of methamphetamine and narcotic packaging materials inside the truck.
A passenger, 19-year-old Felicity Wystozaly, who is also from Bridgewater, was also taken into custody in connection with the drugs.
Both Keenan and Wystozaly were arrested and face multiple charges:
▪︎ Conspiracy in the 6th Degree
▪︎ Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree
▪︎ Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree
The pair were transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing and later issued appearance tickets.
They are scheduled to appear in Paris Town Court at a later date.
