One Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash Wednesday Night in Utica

Utica, NY — June 11, 2025 — A two-vehicle collision sent one person to the hospital Wednesday evening after emergency crews responded to the scene at the intersection of Eagle Street and Brinckerhoff Avenue.
Utica Police and Fire Rescue were dispatched around 8:45 p.m. One vehicle involved sustained moderate damage to the front and rear passenger-side doors. One occupant was removed from the vehicle on a stretcher and transported by ambulance after complaining of abdominal pain.
Rescue personnel also evaluated a woman at the scene, believed to be from the second vehicle involved in the crash. Her condition was not immediately disclosed.
Due to the accident, Utica Police closed down Eagle Street between Dudley and Taylor Avenues, making the area temporarily impassable to traffic.
