LEE, NY — A Lee Center man is facing felony charges after a domestic incident escalated into violence in the Town of Lee on July 8.
According to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a domestic disturbance in progress and spoke with a woman who reported being the protected party in an active order of protection. The woman told deputies that a verbal altercation quickly turned physical when the suspect allegedly pushed her to the ground, which violated the court order meant to keep him away.
