Brick Thrown, Punch Landed — Domestic Dispute Leads to Arrest in Utica

UTICA, NY — On July 16, 2025, Utica Police were called to the 2100 block of Sunset Avenue for a domestic-related incident that escalated into violence.
When officers arrived, they learned that during a heated argument, a woman allegedly hurled a brick through the front windshield of a vehicle and punched the victim in the face.
After gathering details, police issued a BOLO (Be On the Lookout) for the suspect. A short time later, New Hartford Police located and detained the woman. She was then turned over to Utica Police for arrest.
At the conclusion of the investigation, Robin Sullivan, 37, of New York Mills, was charged with:
• Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree
• Harassment in the 2nd Degree
