Armed Robbery Reported at Rome Burger King

Rome, NY — On Monday, June 9, 2025, at approximately 8:30 p.m., officers from the Rome Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to a reported robbery at the Burger King located at 106 S. Madison Street.
According to police, a store employee reported that an unidentified suspect entered the restaurant, brandished a knife, and demanded cash from the register. The suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money. No injuries were reported.
The investigation is ongoing.
